Total Wine announces plans to expand social media marketing

Total Wine & More, an independent retailer of wine, beer and spirits, announced a partnership with Dialogue Marketing to help support its social media services and support its efforts to expand into new regions, according to a press release. 

Total Wine seeks to increase its online brand awareness and customer bases in Southern California and Washington, the announcement said. The retailer currently operates 85 stores across 13 states.

"We have put our full faith in the abilities of the Dialogue Marketing team to find new and unique ways of navigating the social media landscape to engage current and new fans of our company," said John Jordan, chief customer officer and senior vice president of customer experience for Total Wine & More. "With the help of Dialogue Marketing, we are confident that we will see an increase in social media buzz across multiple channels, develop greater relationships with online consumers and generate regional brand awareness through social media influencer marketing."
