TV shopping network taps Clarus Commerce for loyalty program

iMedia Brands, Inc., which broadcasts the ShopHQ television channel, has tapped Clarus Commerce to build its ShopHQ VIP, a loyalty program in which members get unlimited free shipping, as well as 5% cash back on ShopHQ purchases.

The VIP members also get the same benefits if shopping at over 1,000 other retailers that are part of its VIP network. The loyalty program, according to a press release, is geared toward enhancing the customer experience and elevating brand loyalty.

"Clarus is excited to partner with ShopHQ on its new, innovative loyalty program," said Beth Weiner, vice president, client services for Clarus, in the release. "We believe that ShopHQ VIP offers a clear value proposition that will greatly enhance the overall customer experience and elevate brand loyalty."
