U.S. Bank has hired Beau Gray to lead its omnichannel-experience team. Gray, who has over 15 years of background in retail customer experience, most recently worked for Best Buy, where he led a large group of experience strategists, analysts, researchers and designers, according to a company release. He also held similar roles at American Eagle Outfitters and Kohl's.
Gray’s responsibilities at US Bank will include implementing strategies and monitoring customers' experience in digital interaction within the bank's ecosystem, according to the release.
U.S. Bank currently operates in more than 3,000 banking offices.
