Customer service and support solutions from MyDealerLot were selected by Lexus for implementation in its U.S. dealerships, according to a news release.
Under the new program, MDL's fully integrated RFID service and sales solutions will be offered to Lexus dealers, enabling them to provide personalized service and support — such as automated guest recognition and process improvement — to their guests throughout the sales process.
"Providing truly personalized and memorable service has always been a Lexus priority," said Don Fordiani, National Field and Dealer Operations manager for Lexus. "MDL provides real world tested technologies that allow our dealers to implement a new way to interact with our customers both in sales and service."
