Vitamin Shoppe hires on first chief customer, digital experience leader

Vitamin Shoppe has hired on Stacey Renfro for the newly-created role of executive vice president, chief customer and digital experience officer.

Renfro boasts over two decades of experience as an omnichannel retail executive with proven experience developing and implementing successful digital, e-commerce, customer experience and sales strategies, according to a press release.

She will be responsible for aligning and leveraging The Vitamin Shoppe's capabilities across multiple channels and functions to meet the evolving needs of today's customer. 

Renfro was most recently an executive vice president at Pier 1 Imports, Inc.
