Webinar to discuss the 'connected store'

On Thursday, Nov. 7 at 2:00 PM EST, Retail Customer Experience will host a live webinar, "The Connected Store: Integrating the customer experience with technology." Sponsored by Omnivex-Microsoft, the webinar will cover the modern retail technology ecosystem, and how various devices and technologies are converging within retail stores.

Among the presenters will be Raymond J. Kayal, Jr., CEO of NewsLink Group, a Miami-based airport retail concessionaire. He will share how NewsLink Group is using intelligent systems to create a connected store for The Shoppes at Ocean Drive in the Miami International Airport.
