Cravy, a West Palm Beach, Florida-based technology company, and Whole Foods Market have teamed up to test an on-demand delivery program for residents in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, Florida. Testing is being conducted on a website, cravymarket.com, that allows regional users to upload a grocery list and receive the items at their door, according to a release.
"Our partnership with Cravy allows our customers to receive their favorite Whole Foods Market items at home, on demand. This is truly taking our services to the next level," Brenna Bertram, marketing director of Whole Foods Market West Palm Beach, said in a statement. "Our partnership is a natural extension of our dedication to service, convenience and commitment to support the local food scene."
To place an order for delivery from Whole Foods Market West Palm Beach, residents and area visitors can create a free account on the website. Customers then complete the online shopping list, or upload their own list from a computer, tablet and large smartphones. Cravy and the store's concierge will fulfill orders for scheduled delivery and in-store pickup between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., the release said.
"We could not be more proud of our relationship with Whole Foods Market and launching our beta test for grocery and provisioning delivery," Manuel Bornia, Cravy CEO and founder, said in a statement. "What we are releasing and testing is a fraction of the system that will launch soon. This initial offering to the public allows us to build better systems and meaningful relationships with our vendor partners and begin connecting with the community on another level."
