Backyard bird feeding and nature franchise Wild Birds Unlimited is using Service Management Group's SMG VisitView technology to capture customer feedback at point of sale and via email invites.
VisitView is a location-level customer experience survey that helps retailers monitor brand sentiment and social ratings at the store level. Data from the tool as well as insight from SMG’s SocialView also provides employees a holistic view of the customer experience, according to a press release.
"Our partnership with SMG allows us to take our customer experience and measurement program to the next level," said Amy Moore, Wild Birds Unlimited director of retail operations, in the release. "We've seen the correlation at top-performing stores, and we're excited to empower our franchisees with SMG's intuitive platform, robust reporting and rich insights."
