The expert panel

The webinar panelists include Ed Noble, senior partner and channel marketer for Microsoft's Worldwide Consumer Channel Marketing team. He has spent over 25 years in digital marketing and e-commerce at Amazon and Microsoft, specializing in the online consumer experience and data-driven content optimization improving the customer experience by bringing AI-powered experiences to retail partners.

The panel will also include James Ansell, strategic account manager at Zoovu. Ansell has more than seven years of experience working in customer success roles with some of the largest brands and retailers in the world. He specializes in retail, having deployed hundreds of AI product discovery experiences across the globe with retailers such as Best Buy, Currys, MediaMarkt, Euronics and Harvey Norman.
