Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, completing his studies in both Western Sydney University – Australia and University of North Carolina - USA. Matt currently resides in the Stamford, Connecticut – USA, and lead teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Bhargav Trivedi is a seasoned Solutions Architect with over 14 years of experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, and AI-powered commerce strategies for leading retail brands. A certified AWS professional with a management certification from Yale University, he has led cross-functional Agile teams and spearheaded key initiatives in omnichannel integration, personalization, and platform performance. Bhargav currently leads architecture efforts at Bloomreach, focusing on AI-driven product discovery and ROI-aligned solutions.

Liz Tsai
Originally from Texas, Liz went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the age of 15, where she was a stand-out student among her peers and was recognized for her involvement in building robots and 3D printers. After completing her BS and her MS at the MIT Media Lab, she spent several years working in the physical commodities trading industry in Geneva and Singapore. Liz recognized that pairing software automation with people had the potential to create a more efficient commodities world and saw that customer service could experience a similar evolution.

With deep insight into CX pain points and industry trends, Pavel ensures that every solution aligns with modern expectations, which makes him a valuable voice on the intersection of enterprise tech and retail customer experience.

Dave is responsible for leading DCL Logistics through a transformational time; as President since 2014 he has grown the business from a West Coast boutique to a global business, now with six locations in the US and multiple international nodes.
Mav Turner
Mav Turner is the Chief Technology Officer of DevOps at Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing. In his role, Mav oversees research and development as well as product growth and strategy aimed at enabling organizations to accelerate their digital transformation by increasing software release speed, reducing costs, and improving software quality. Prior to joining Tricentis, Mav worked as Vice President of Product at N-able and SolarWinds. Mav holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University.
