Pini Yakuel is the Co-founder and CEO of Optimove, a global leader in customer-led marketing. He pioneered AI-orchestrated marketing, making Optimove the first CRM platform to embed AI for predicting customer behavior. Customer-led marketing, a strategy proven to increase customer lifetime value by an average of 33%, is central to Optimove’s success. Yakuel holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

He is responsible for providing business-critical solutions globally, including pre- to post-sale engineering. John has been with Motorola for 24 years and most recently served as corporate vice president, government markets.
She has held marketing leadership roles at Pivotal (VMWare), Actuate (OpenText), Salesforce and most recently, Cognizant, where she led product and solution marketing for Cognizant’s multi-billion dollar Healthcare and Life Sciences business units, and was head of marketing and lead venture coach for Cognizant’s Emerging Business Accelerator.
