Luxury jeweler Bailey Banks & Biddle is revamping its in-store and online shopping experience by implementing a new design studio, according to a company press release. The studio offers customers more than 20,000 unique diamonds and hundreds of settings, allowing shoppers to customize jewelry to their own specifications. Customers may access the studio in-store or online.
"Today's affluent shopper is savvy enough to know that the best values are found online, but they don't want to completely sacrifice the romance of their jewelry shopping experience," Steve Lang, COO, said in the release. "With our newly created Design Studio, we're finally able to offer fine jewelry consumers the best of both worlds. The ability for customers to customize jewelry represents a new level of innovation for a cross-channel jewelry store."
