Cadillac Fairview is providing turn-by-turn navigation, upgraded guest Wi-Fi and access to its CF SHOP! text concierge services in retail centers in Ontario, Canada, according to a company press release. CF SHOP! Is being used in all 20 retail locations.
"Cadillac Fairview continues to aggressively invest in innovative technologies that enhance the consumer shopping experience," said Jason Anderson, senior vice president of Marketing for Cadillac Fairview.
CF Markville and CF Richmond Centre have also updated their websites to offer language updates to communicate with non-English speaking customers.
