China's retail segment is feeling some heat despite growth, according to a China Daily report.
Total volume of sales for China's top 100 retailers, ending in 2015, measured $613.6 billion, 22.4 percent higher year on year, but 3.8 percent lower than 2014, according to report released by China General Chamber of Commerce.
But brick-and-mortar stores enjoyed just a 3.2 percent growth rate year on year.
Top internet sellers for 2015 included Alibaba's T-mall in first place, trailed by JD.com and Suning.com.
