Today at the NRF Convention & Expo, Epicor Software Corp. announced the general availability of Epicor Retail CRM 7.0, which it says gives retailers a powerful next-generation foundation for winning customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
According to the company, The Epicor Retail CRM 7.0 solution enables retailers to build deep, progressively beneficial relationships with customers, in a way that inspires them to develop and maintain deep, lasting relationships with a retailer's brand. A multibrand, multichannel database offers retailers a 360-degree customer view. Using this full view of individual customers, their attributes and behaviors, the Epicor Retail CRM 7.0 robust segmentation modeling allows retailers to build more personalized campaigns and promotions for improved profits and brand loyalty.
The company also announced The Epicor Retail Store Windows 8 Tablet Edition, which enables retailers to run a full POS installation on Windows tablet devices for checkout, as well as access to all back-office, inventory management, time and attendance and dashboard functionality.
