Fashion retailer taps Reflexis tech to optimize labor spend

Fast fashion retailer rue21 is deploying the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimize labor planning, as well as several other Reflexis solution modules for time keeping, employee self-service as well as analytics and reporting.
The technology, according to a press release, will help rue21 enhance the customer experience while also giving store associates more flexibility and input regarding work schedules.
The retailer operates about 700 stores across 45 states.
"We chose Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to replace Kronos," said Mary Blodgett, vice president of operations at rue21, in the release. "Reflexis is an experienced partner with an outstanding track record of empowering and engaging associates, while accurately forecasting labor demand."
