The Lego Store is ranked one for in-store experience, according to the latest 2017 Retail Reputation Report, which assesses retailers doing well and doing poorly when it comes to in-store experience.
The assessment includes everything from wait times to staff competence and quality of service. It also revealed that clothing, accessories, toys and hobbies will be top of mind for shoppers and account for 40 percent of holiday gift spending, according to a press release.
Among apparel retailers, Athleta (a Gap company) took the top award, with Lululemon and Nordstrom close behind.
