Lowe's goes pickup lockers in a big way

Home improvement retailer Lowe's will have pickup lockers in all of its U.S. stores by the end of March, 2021, to better serve its online consumers.

The self-service lockers, according to a press release, offers a contactless way for customers to pick up same-day online orders at their convenience.

The plan is to have all lockers installed in most metro markets by Thanksgiving, just in time for the busy holiday shopping season.
