Lululemon sets sights on home décor segment

Athletic and leisure brand Lululemon is moving into the home décor segment and debuting a product line of furniture via its youth brand ivivva.

The collection, according to a Fast Company report, is being promoted through PBteen, the teenage brand line at Pottery Barn.

"One of the most interesting parts of this collaboration was incorporating ivivva's insights about technical fabrics into our products," Jennifer Kellor, president of PBteen, told Fast Company. "For instance, we've found ways to use newly developed materials that offer soft and silky textures in our pillows and bed linens."
