MarketLive announced the availability of its MarketLive Intelligent Insights solution, a SaaS business intelligence package that helps retailers "create informed online marketing and merchandising strategies for optimal retail business performance."
The tool works by equipping a retailer's web site with Omniture SiteCatalyst tags, which invisibly deliver real-time data to a variety of reports and dashboards.
According to a press release, the dashboards not only deliver information about how a retailer's web site is performing across a variety of metrics, they also show comparative data between that specific web site and industry averages.
