Merchant Warehouse today announced the omni-channel extension of its Genius Customer Engagement Platform. With this capability, retailers can now offer payment acceptance beyond the physical store to include online, mobile and in-aisle checkout.
According to a news release, Merchant Warehouse's integration methodologies and interfaces enable point-of-sale (POS) developers and retailers to offer omni-channel capability. For retailers, the solution provides access to a single, unified view of all payment activity, regardless of where the transaction originated. It also delivers visibility into customers' activities, enabling merchants to more effectively engage with customers wherever and whenever they wish to buy.
The company's omni-channel offering also removes the partner's solution from PA-DSS scope through all payment mediums: online, in-store and mobile.
