Battling Amazon is a huge challenge for mid-market brands and retailers but a new Radial report outlines best practices mid-market retailers can take to not only survive but grow despite Amazon's market presence.
The research report, "Beyond Survival: Growing in the Age of Amazon," recommends retailers to:
"Mid-market businesses are faced with two options. Either deliver an experience that makes customers happy while losing money, or make money but disappoint customers with a lousy experience. Unfortunately, neither option allows for retailers to thrive," Stefan Weitz, chief product and strategy officer at Radial, said in a press release.
