Moss, a U.K. retailer of men's formal wear, is piloting a trial of AI-powered virtual try-on technology called Zyler from Anthropics Technology.
As part of the testing customers will have the opportunity to experience the virtual try on firsthand, according to a press release.
By uploading a head shot and inputting measurements, shoppers can see themselves on the screen in various outfits. For retailers, the personalized approach can increase browsing time but also higher customer engagement levels, according to the release.
