Visix deploys digital signage network at Cincinnati Museum Center

The Cincinnati Museum Center in Union Terminal has deployed a digital signage networked powered by Visix Inc's AxisTV Signage Suite software. This network features 35 displays in public and employee-facing areas, according to a press release.

ICB Audio and Video, a systems integrator, selected Visix's solution due to its intuitive workflows for content design, playlist building and scheduling. The display network currently delivers advertising, corporate communications and information on exhibits, according to the release.

 Currently, the museum delivers 1080p content on the displays but will also rollout 4K content for its IMAX theater using the Visix software. Visix will also supply its 4K media player to help power pre-show advertisements, theater promotions and general announcements, according to the release.
