Why should basketball players and fans get to have all the fun?
As March Madness goes into full swing this week, killing productivity in offices across the country, we thought it would be fun to do our own version of it. So we pulled the top 32 retailers from this year's Retail Customer Experience Top 100 report, and tossed them into the bracket linked below.
And that's where you come in — for each round, we want you to vote for the retailers that win over one another on customer experience. You can go here to cast your vote — you'll need to either create an account or login with your Facebook account.
If you don't want to do either of those, you can email me your votes. We'll close the first round tomorrow, so check back then to follow along.
Good luck to the players ... feel the madness and we'll see you in the paint! (Okay, so that was terrible. But I don't understand sports and the guys in the office couldn't help me come up with anything better, so there you go.)
UPDATE #1: First round action is closed, and the second round is now open! Advancing are Whole Foods, Amazon, Williams-Sonoma, Best Buy, Target, American Girl, Nordstrom, LL Bean, REI, Costco, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Neiman Marcus and Victoria's Secret. Cast your vote now!
