Now accepting entries for 2021 ICXA Elevate Awards

The ICX Association Elevate Awards honor projects and companies for their innovative use of technology to enhance the customer experience. Any CX technology project your company worked on that was completed in 2020 is eligible for nomination.

It's that time of year again…time to prepare your entries for our annual Elevate Awards!

There's been nothing typical about the past year. According to a McKinsey survey of senior executives, conducted in July 2020, "companies have accelerated the digitization of their customer and supply-chain interactions and of their internal operations by three to four years" in response to COVID-19.

Customers are more likely to try and adopt new technologies than ever before. To that end, here are the award categories:

Best Digital Signage ICX
Best Retail ICX
Best Restaurant ICX
Best Hotel/Hospitality ICX
Best Kiosk ICX
Best Emerging Technology in ICX
Best Omnichannel ICX
Lyle Bunn Influencer of the Year

The deadline to submit nominations is April 16, 2021.
