Feelunique, an online-only beauty retailer, is partnering with digital experience analytics platform, Contentsquare, in a quest to enhance the customer journey, boost e-commerce functions, as well as drive better conversion rates and revenue.
The e-commerce retailer offers over 35,000 products from 500 brands. The Contentsquare platform, according to a press release, will help the retailer make better and more informed decisions on what products to feature and where, within the online store, according to a release. The online retailer now has a clear understanding of activity on every site page and what is driving engagement, according to the release.
