Bluefly partners with 4Cite to spur customer response, influence purchase behavior

Fashion marketplace Bluefly is partnering with 4Cite, a people-based identification and insights service provider, to gain insight for driving consumer response rates and influence customer purchasing behavior.

The retailer also hopes to better identify and communicate with customers, according to a press release.

"We offer the best that retail has to offer but our inability to identify and personally connect with shoppers on our site, was hindering our ability to be successful," said Vice President of Marketing and E-Commerce Kenneth Fernandes in the release. "In the short time we've been working with 4Cite, they've been able to identify at least 50 percent more customers than we previously could."

4Cite's centralized interaction hub uses innovative web visitor identification technology and advanced data and analytics to identify previously unidentifiable customers to influence purchasing activity with proprietary technology that enables retailers to acquire, retain and reactivate customers.
