CompUSA reinventing itself, making retail more interactive

Miami Herald: Troubled electronics retailer CompUSA recently launched a new initiative that leans on the strengths of online retailer TigerDirect, while at the same time bringing more interactive features to the store aisles. The initiative is dubbed "Retail 2.0," an includes interactive displays that serve up detailed product information — the kind of information already available on the TigerDirect site.
