Customer engagement provider taps Amazon Alexa in feedback effort
Rant & Rave, a customer engagement company, is using Amazon's cloud-based Alexa to help clients access real-time customer feedback.
The company has developed an Alexa skill to enable customers to provide experience feedback quick and easy via their own words, according to a press release.
The Rant & Rave Sentiment Engine then analyzes feedback to create actionable insights available to the brand via an online dashboard or integration into a client's customer relationship management system.
"This is a new era for customer service and it's powered by immersive customer engagement; speed and convenience is everything for today's discerning consumer," Kenny Bain, CEO of Rant & Rave, said in a statement. "As a result, brands are looking for ways in which they can interact with their customers to find out how they feel in real-time, both positively and negatively, with a minimum amount of effort from the customer."
