Hopdoddy Burger Bar taps T3 to revamp web, mobile experience

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is revamping its web and mobile experience with the help of innovation agency T3.

The Austin, Texas-based burger and beer joint aims to boost the online ordering into an exceptional customer experience and foster the fun vibe of the in-store experience within the online environment, according to a press release.

"Our intent was to find more than just a short term technical solution," said Terry Haley, chief growth officer of Hopdoddy, in the release. "We partnered with T3 to help us build new and optimize existing tech solutions that will continue to drive sales, delight our guests and streamline our operations."

"Hopdoddy's in-store experience is unique, fun and fosters loyalty," said Ben Gaddis, T3 president, in the release. "Our goal is to connect the dots and recreate that experience online and through mobile ordering."

Founded in 2010, Hopdoddy has locations in Texas, Arizona, Colorado and California, with additional locations opening in 2017.
