Merkle announces new retail marketing suite and leadership roles

Merkle, an independent customer relationship-marketing agency, announced the release of its new retail database-marketing suite. Merkle’s Retail Marketing Suite (RMS) includes both off-the-shelf and customizable customer relationship marketing solutions for multi-channel retail marketers.

RMS supports a full range of marketing, consulting and analytical services, including customer data integration, campaign management, reporting, loyalty management, clientelling, e-mail, social and mobile marketing applications.

The program offers Merkle clients insight into the customer experience, and the ability to create and execute marketing campaigns through the register, traditional direct/catalog, online or on a mobile device.

“In light of the ever-changing media environment and the multitude of ways a customer can interact with a brand in person or digitally, Merkle created a solution set that enables retailers to understand and manage consumer relationships at every touch point,” said David Geisinger, vice president of Merkle’s Database Marketing Group.

Merkle fills key leadership roles

Merkle has named Bo Chipman as vice president of specialty retail, Ron Park as chief strategy officer and David Geisinger as technology leader. The team will oversee existing client relationships, as well as several solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs, including the RMS suite.

“The investments Merkle has made will allow us to bring our retail solutions to the marketplace in an even more cohesive and purposeful way,” Chipman said. “By devoting additional resources to our team, we can continue to drive marketing ROI and create results that matter for retailers.”
