The Canada Goose store in Toronto promises coat-buyers a different type of shopping and purchase experience in that there is no inventory to put in a bag and take home, but there are lots of multi-sensory experiences within the retail footprint.
It’s all about "The Journey," according to a CNBC report, that starts with walking into the store and traversing "The Crevasse," where floor panels simulate cracking ice.
Then comes the product area, or Elements Room, boasting large nature displays and mannequins wearing the season's merchandise. Then there's the Gear room where shoppers can store items while trying out products in the Cold Room. After that, shoppers can interact with brand ambassadors and check out more product on kiosks.
