Technology startup Synqera, in partnership with Star Micronics, will showcase its retail solution at the Retail Technology Business Expo this week in London.
Together the companies will unveil the Synqera Loyalty Printer, an in-store hardware device which uses Synqera's software and Star Micronics' hardware to deliver printed and personalized shopping lists, recipes, coupons and special offers to customers at the entrance to a retail store, the announcement said.
In addition, Synqera will be showcasing its POS hardware, Simplate, which is designed to capture consumer attention during their idle time at the checkout, and also supports a variety of contactless payment methods.
"We're thrilled to be attending the Retail Business Technology Expo because it is the perfect platform to launch our solution to the U.K. market," said Kirill Gorynya, Synqera CEO and founder. "We've had fantastic feedback from introducing the platform in New York, Paris and Germany, and we are confident the U.K. industry will also recognize the potential in harnessing loyalty data to deliver real-time bespoke content to customers while they are in-store."
