Every retailer and brand is well aware that today's consumer wants, and expects, a personal customer experience.

Sounds easy but in reality it requires an in-depth strategy, technology and insight on how to ensure that personal customer experience takes place.

A one-hour live webinar on Tuesday, July 23 is focusing on all that as well as on some of the successful strategies in play. The free event, sponsored by Arm Treasure Data, kicks off at 2:30 pm EST.
