Joining Axis Communications in 2018 as the Retail Business Development Manager, Addy played a pivotal role in assisting retailers to prevent losses and optimize operational efficiency. Prior to joining Axis Communications, Addy worked as a retail consultant, crafting strategic solutions for businesses to enhance their services. This included revamping store designs and optimizing product placement to create an exceptional customer experience.
Chris runs strategy and product at LiveArea. He has more than 20 years of experience identifying and defining trends, consumer pain points, white space opportunities and business models that are actionable and drive positive business outcomes.
Over 2 decades, he has gained years of experience within e-commerce and has had a major focus on helping retailers improve conversion rates, AOVs as well as optimize customer experience using a myriad of technologies ranging digital personalization, AI, CRM, web analytics and now live, immersive video.
Before launching Go Instore, Andre worked with large organizations including Experian and Smart Focus (formerly Emailvision) as well as undertaking leading positions, growing early stage businesses such as Peerius and SundaySky.
With nearly two decades of experience in corporate and channel sales, as well as marketing, Amber Hovious leads Teamwork Commerce’s fast-growing retail software organization in its global expansion. Hovious joined the company in January 2013, and in her current role, is responsible for developing and managing Teamwork Commerce’s channel programs, partnerships and strategic marketing campaigns.

Curtis has more than 25 years of experience in consumer finance. Curtis has held multiple senior leadership roles at Synchrony including the EVP and CEO of Payment Solutions and the EVP and Head of Direct-to-Consumer. In this role, Curtis drove growth and digital innovation for Synchrony Bank, a $63B+ consumer bank platform offering an array of deposit and savings solutions, as well as the Synchrony Mastercard. Additionally, Curtis was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Diversified Client Group at Synchrony, overseeing several key partner portfolios.
Prior to Synchrony’s separation from GE in 2015, Curtis held roles in operations, business development and general management at GE’s Commercial and Consumer Finance divisions. This included serving as CEO for GE Money Mexico and leading various business units in the U.S., Argentina, Brazil and Canada.
Curtis is an executive sponsor of Synchrony’s African American Diversity Network, one of eight Synchrony diversity networks that promote diversity and inclusion throughout the company. He also serves on the Business Advisory Board of the College of Business at Dillard University and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
