Taylor Harnois

Taylor is the general manager of eTailPet, an all-in-one, cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) platform created specifically for independent pet retail businesses. As general manager, Harnois oversees all aspects of the eTailPet brand, including sales and marketing, customer experience and support, and product development. Harnois has been with eTailPet for seven years in various capacities. Prior to his time at eTailPet, he spent many years in the retail and education industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business leadership.

Ron has nearly ten years of retail marketing experience across a variety of disciplines. Most recently, he managed marketing strategy for the email, SMS, and mobile channels at DICK’S Sporting Goods. There, Ron oversaw channel optimization, focusing on developing and scaling personalized content, enhancing customer journeys, and rigorous A/B testing. In this role, he also managed relationships across a portfolio of martech partners, including Movable Ink.
