Taylor is the general manager of eTailPet, an all-in-one, cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) platform created specifically for independent pet retail businesses. As general manager, Harnois oversees all aspects of the eTailPet brand, including sales and marketing, customer experience and support, and product development. Harnois has been with eTailPet for seven years in various capacities. Prior to his time at eTailPet, he spent many years in the retail and education industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business leadership.
Fara graduated with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, from the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. She started her career in 1999 as a consultant with Accenture in Malaysia, with a focus on the communication and high tech industry, before moving to Accenture in Canada. In 2019, she was appointed the Regional CEO for North America, Ireland and Southeast Asia as well as the EVP for Global Clients for Majorel.
He is currently an associate board member for Project Helping, a non-profit dedicated to suicide prevention, and donates 1% of all company revenue to local non-profits. In his free time Randall can be found posting an incredibly high score on the golf course or hanging out with his 120 lb pup, Charlie.
He also furthered product innovation at Xerox PARC, Intel, Microsoft, and Adobe and contributed to multiple technology patents for these companies. Ned was educated at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He also studied cyborg identity and robotic ethics at the Graduate Theological Union at UC Berkeley.
