Prior to joining the team, Chris spent over six years leading Topbox, as CEO and co-founder, where he helped brands unify data from customer communications and feedback channels. Topbox became part of the Khoros platform in 2021 and is now known as CX Insights. Chris has spent over 25 years in leadership roles focusing on the customer experience and helping companies gain insights from their customer data. Originally from Texas, Liz went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the age of 15, where she was a stand-out student among her peers and was recognized for her involvement in building robots and 3D printers. After completing her BS and her MS at the MIT Media Lab, she spent several years working in the physical commodities trading industry in Geneva and Singapore. Liz recognized that pairing software automation with people had the potential to create a more efficient commodities world and saw that customer service could experience a similar evolution.
Pavel is a strategic leader behind Expert Soft, a company specializing in high-load, enterprise-grade ecommerce solutions built on SAP Commerce Cloud and Java. He works closely with global retailers, translating real customer experience challenges into a strategic direction. Mav Turner is the Chief Technology Officer of DevOps at Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing. In his role, Mav oversees research and development as well as product growth and strategy aimed at enabling organizations to accelerate their digital transformation by increasing software release speed, reducing costs, and improving software quality. Prior to joining Tricentis, Mav worked as Vice President of Product at N-able and SolarWinds. Mav holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University.
