GlobalShop: A.R.E. award winners announced

Display & Design Ideas: A.R.E., formerly NASFM, hosted its annual Retail Design Awards at GlobalShop Tuesday evening. The Store of the Year award went to Philippines-based supermarket retailer Landmark for its 94,000-sq.-ft. store, featuring innovative food displays, serpentine and oval shapes, and cut-out ceilings. Landmark's design was courtesy of Montclair, N.J.-based Hugh A. Boyd Architects.
