Overhead door company installs DynaTouch HR Express kiosks

CHI Overhead Doors of Arthur, Illinois, has installed five DynaTouch HR Express kiosks throughout its 1-million-square-foot facility. The kiosks streamline the HR process, serving content that includes employee benefit information, recorded company meetings, feedback forms and training videos.

Employees previously had to make long trips to obtain even the simplest HR services.

The TIPS Kiosk Management Software provides a platform to deploy, operate and remotely manage systems to meet all HR self-service needs.

DynaTouch's interactive self-service solution provides recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, pay stub distribution and more.

"We wanted to save our employees time and steps to improve our HR process," Nicholas Glenn, CHI's director of human resources, said in the press release. "We were able to do that with DynaTouch's HR kiosk solution."
