British luxury shirt maker Thomas Pink and high-street retailer Warehouse have implemented the BT Expedite multi-channel solution to link their online and in-store channels.
"Thomas Pink will benefit from a single inventory view, even greater customer service opportunities and the sharing of knowledge across multiple channels. That includes a synchronized 'single view' of our customers, products and inventory data throughout our business," said Peter Mila, IT, ecommerce and logistics director for Thomas Pink, in a press release.
BT Expedite is the retail division within BT. Its Expedite solution touches on planning, sourcing, merchandising, sales analytics, CRM and more.
