The retail store associate plays an invaluable role in driving sales and a better customer experience and big name brands, including Bonobos and Michael Kors are just two innovative retailers tapping mobile technology to make that happen.

In a webinar sponsored by CompuCom and hosted by Tulip Retail, experts offered insight on how the brands are winning by putting mobile devices (iPads) and Tulip's suite of apps into associate's hands. The benefits expand beyond increased sales (more than 10 percent for Bonobos) as the technology provides deeper and valuable insight into store traffic, consumer activity and interest, and product trends. It's also meeting consumer and shopper expectations as today's consumers love mobile devices and love digital interaction.

During the webinar, Jennifer Fruehauf, retail excellence consultant at Tulip, outlined how retailers can turn store associates into beacons of knowledge, trusted advisers, and brand ambassadors while transforming and elevating the store experience. She offered up case study insight, including Michael Kors, on how mobile and apps and store associates are clearly paying off for retailers.

Wiley Corbett, Apple practice director at CompuCom, provides insight on the technology aspect and how the devices in play are an easy solution on the integration side.

Don't miss a great webinar focusing on a top tech trend in retail today.
