Prior to that, Ankur was the Head of Marketing for the Amazon Appstore, a division that he doubled over the course of 3 years. Ankur first joined Amazon to kick off developer marketing efforts for Amazon Appstore where he helped grow the number of apps and games distributed by the Appstore from 20K to 500K. Before Amazon, he led the creation of Microsoft’s first incubator program for student entrepreneurs. He has a Masters in Management Sciences from Stanford University with a focus on strategy and entrepreneurship.
As Chief Executive Officer for Strategy at UPS Capital, Archita develops and implements corporate strategy, leads growth initiatives, and leads the ongoing digital transformation journey. She has more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader in business strategy and transformation, change management, and organizational strategy planning. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad, India and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Roman began his career in management consulting at Accenture, later transitioning to agencies like Organic, AKQA, and Huge, collaborating across industries such as healthcare, energy, and CPG.
Mary Putman is the Chief Consultancy Officer at Stone Mantel, a research-led consultancy at the forefront of customer and employee experience strategy.
Prior to joining the GiftNow team, Kevin led corporate marketing for technology start-ups in the customer experience and supply chain industries. He holds a BA in marketing management from San Jose State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University, and lives in San Jose, California.

Nikhil is the Chief Business Officer for Retail Media at machine learning-powered adtech company, Moloco. Before Moloco, he was on the co-founding leadership team at WalmartLabs via the acquisition of Kosmix and started Walmart’s retail media business.

Prior to being named CEO, Raj was the chief operating officer for Scorpion, a digital marketing services provider for local businesses. Earlier roles include leading Loku, which he co-founded, and various positions at The Walt Disney Company, Nexstar Media Group, and McKinsey. Raj is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
