Expert: Shoppers can't afford to be loyal

The Globe and Mail: Shoppers cannot afford to remain loyal, according to retail guru and "true-life sixties-era Mad Man" Don Watt. "They will remain loyal if the retailer understands that it has to help them manage their disposable incomes. If the retailer is not flexible enough to do that, the consumer is forced to look elsewhere."
