A live free webinar on June 22 features top minds providing critical and valuable insight on how to deliver a tailored customer experience.
Such a capability can help retailers retain customers, lure new consumers and provide relevancy and value across both the digital and the in-store transaction.
The one-hour webinar, which will take place at 2 p.m. EST, will be led by Brendan Witcher, principal analyst for Forrester Research and Ryan W. Parker, general manager, Responsive Retail for Intel (within Intel's IoT Group). Parker works with the IoT and Cloud ecosystems to bring IoT-based insights that provide rich customer experiences, solve inventory distortion challenges, and optimize complex workforce challenges. The webinar will be moderated by Retail Customer Experience Editor Judy Mottl.
Witcher and Parker will share best practices and tips on how retailers can become proficient at using data, from all channels, to fuel customer personalization while also leveraging valuable data when it comes to back-end operations and inventory management.
"This webinar is a great resource point for any retailer, big or small or new or tenured in the industry, when it comes to turning data into actionable insight and value," said Mottl.
The interactive discussion, which will allow attendees to pose questions to the speakers, will also highlight insights from an Intel-commission survey of global retail decision makers. Attendees will learn why personalization is the top investment in retail, what it means to be a data-driven organization and how retailers are leveraging both customer and operational data to drive a seamless experience while also empowering sales associates.
