Catch the highlights from ICX Summit

Held June 12-14 at the Omni Frisco near Dallas, the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Summit featured almost three days of education, networking and tours. Keynote speakers included John Padgett of Carnival Corporation and Rafik Hanna of Taco Bell. Tours took place at NorthPark Center, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Reflect Digital Innovation Lab and The Star (Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters).
